Mushroom Risotto

Mushroom Risotto 
      


       2 Cups of Aborio rice 
       4 Cups of chicken stock 
       Mushrooms to you liking 
       2-3 chalets chopped
       Salt and pepper to your                taste 
       2 tbs of oil and butter 
       1 Cup of parmesan 



         Instructions 
   
       
                Heat up the chicken stock in a pot. Saute the chalets mushrooms in the oil and butter  untill clear  in seprate pan sir .Then add the rice,add the chicken stock slowly add with a laddle.
Then wait till cooked and then add parmesan and sir in. Bon Appetit.

Sponge Cake

Sponge Cake 

      
      8 eggs 
      1 1/2 a Cup of sugar 
      1 1/2 Cup of flour 
      3 tsp of baking powder 
      1 tsp of salt
      1 tsp of vanilla 
      3/4 of  cup of water 
      1/2 of oil 

  Preheat oven at 350 
       Instructions
    

       1.     Separate eggs
     2.    Mix all ingredients with egg yolks
     3.   Beat egg whites till white
     4.   Fold whites into yolk mix 
     5.    Don't grease the pan
     6.   Bake at 350 for 1 hour   
     7.    When 1 hour is up remove from oven.Turn upside down                   and place on glass.

Chicken Fried Rice

Chicken Fried Rice                     * With left over rice and chicken*
 



          Left over rice as much as you desire 
          Left over chicken as much as you desire
       2 Carrots 
       Peas 1/4 cup
       Celery a stick
       Mushrooms 2 hand full
       Bean sprouts 1/4 cup
         Onions 1/4
         Salt and Pepper a pinch of each                                                                                     Broccoli 2 hand full 
       Soy sauce (a splash)
       Oil 

       Instructions 

                    Dice up the veggies.And cut up your left over chicken.Heat up a pan and cover your pan with oil,add your veggies,rice, chicken,salt, pepper and soy sauce. And wait till rice and veggies are golden and then TIME TO EAT.

                   

Strawberry Cucumber Water

Strawberry Cucumber Water
     

      2 Strawberry's
      1 mini cucumber or a little piece of cucumber (if you don't have mini cucumbers)
      A squirt of lemon juice 
      Water 
   
       Instructions 

        Dice cucumbers and strawberry's put in a cup. Put a squirt of lemon juice and add water.


   Tip: if you want water to taste more like strawberry and cucumber let it sit for a little bit than drink.And for something a little different add some fresh basil.Enjoy!

Chocolate Banana Pudding

Chocolate Banana Pudding

Ingredients:
4 bananas 
1 tbsp of pure coco powder
 a few cut bananas(optional)
3 tsp of milk

Instructions:Cut 4 and a half banana,and in a vitamix,magic bullet,blender,etc .Mix banana mixture with milk and once it makes a creamy substance add coco powder and mix.Poor the pudding into glass or bowl and top it with chopped bananas and enjoy!

    Half a cup of frozen mangos             Half a cup of frozen strawberries and raspberries 
    Couple cups of ice                           2 cubs of ice 
    Half a cup of milk or water               Half a cup of water 

                                     Instructions 

 Put all ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth.And enjoy

Bruschetta

Bruschetta

4 tomatoes,Chopped 

3 tbsp garlic,crushed

1/2 tsp salt

3 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp pepper

1/3 cup basil,Chopped

a loaf of bread, cut up


Instructions 


Chop up the tomatoes,basil,and garlic.Then cut up your bread so you can toast it.Mix everything except the bread together then put the bruschetta on the bread and you are done!
